The Churchtown and Clonskeagh School Of Motoring (COSOM) has been recognised as the leading independent driving school in South Dublin for over 35 years, having helped over 150,000 students gain their driving licenses, on multiple vehicles on their first attempt. Serving the areas of Churchtown, Dundrum, Clonskeagh, Miltown, Terenure, Templeogue, Rathar and Ballinteer, and as one of Ireland's leading non-franchised schools, our team are highly experienced, and all directly employed by COSOM. Our fleet includes eight cars, all of which are dual control and less than a year old, and a H.G.V. truck for heavy goods vehicle training.

Standard & Speciality Driving Training

Our highly professional team of RSA ADI instructors have helped students to learn from all backgrounds, and of all abilities for over three decades. We have a full range of male and female driving instructors who can cater for all drivers, from beginners to intermediate. We also have several instructors who can provide instruction to the deaf and hard of hearing, as well as those who are unable to operate conventional vehicles. Both manual and automatic tuition is provided to suit individual student needs and requirements in relation to later vehicle usage. H.G.V Training

As a comprehensive driving school, we can also provide driver training on H.G.V. Category C type training, with our own vehicle available for both training and tests when required.

Professional and Advanced Driver Training

For drivers seeking an advanced driving experience, or requiring formal certification of competence for work, we provide full Advanced Driving Course training and can certify suitably qualified drivers in our recognised Driving Assessments.
